Why am I not able to access my slides during the process of the request?
You are welcome to send us an email, asking for an update on your order. But we do not want to send you an unfinished draft! If we have an agreement, we can send the draft separately. For presentations of 40 slides or more, we can send the slides back in batches - 1st batch containing of 10 slides and so on.
This can be a good option, as it would give the customer the possibility to review it and give us feedback if it is needed. We also can learn from the 1st batch, when redesign the rest of the slides. Usually we do that kind of treatment when we have an order with 40 slides and more.
